"Port of Los Angeles" is the view encompassing the Vincent Thomas Bridge spanning across the waterway between the port and San Pedro. Bright sun illuminates the bridge and the shipping containers below creating a mixture of man's intrusions against a bright sea sky. Port is 30 x 48 and is acrylic on canvas.

Escaping Darkness shows how man can overcome. Created during the pandemic, Escaping is white light rising above the dread that many people felt. The white and yellow work (much of it with a palette knife) are subtle but strong in the escape. A 20 x 20 on 1 1/5 in. panel, it is unframed.
